I don't understand why people get mad when you prove them wrong, they should be grateful. They get mad and call names because they know you're right then they feel stupid, would you rather live in ignorance or be corrected? Exactly.

The best thing to do when you're sore is workout more (different exercise though of course), the more you workout the less sore you get over time. Set up a solid routine and you'll feel great.

I would like to think that I am wisse beyond my years, but my life has not been all sunshine and daisies. More like a berry bramble patch. Went to see The Dead Milkmen last night-great show. Ran into people I hadn't seen in 5, 10 years.

Some people learn from life and get better. Others life is what happens TO them instead of them living life. Big difference. And sort of sad 5, 10 years later. It's not just success or failure-life is hard. It's how you handle it and what you learn from it.
