    not going to be posting as much for a bit, trying to get some stuff back on track, figuring out some things, maybe grow up a little..

    haven't been working out this past month since i started work, been to exhausted (lazy)... been feeling down cause i lost everything i worked so hard to get, dunno what happened... i was in shape, finally got those abs i wanted, then soon as i started work i just let myself go, ate cake and cookies and shit all day, my acne came back because of all the sugar i ate.. started feeling like a loser again, so now its time to get it all back... spent some money on a ton of whey, chicken, veggies, got my diet in check.. drinking tons of water again, no more sugary drinks or energy drinks for me.. now i just need to work hard again and this time don't stop.. gunna be triple my size next summer ;)

    most activities you do CAN be working out. dont overwork the parts you are working elsewhere. diet will help a lot. rosemary is really good for your skin. you can boil some water, throw in some rosemary and drape a towel over your head and steam your face. it will help draw everything out. when you are done close your pores by splashing cold water on your face.

    best of luck to you. sometimes its good to focus.

    no me and my gf did not break up, infact we're better than ever, just saw her last night and had an amazing time, i don't even know why that assumption came up :D isn't a guy aloud to improve and better himself without having some drastic event happen?

    I'm just tired of who i am, wasting my time on stupid stuff, being immature, high all the time, giving up on all my ambitions... I'm just trying to focus more and get my routine back

    My tickets came in the mail. Labor day weekend, Phish, 3 days of epic:)

    This summer is the band's 30th aniversery. When the dead got to 30 we lost Jerry. A part of me wonders if this is an unlucky number.

    We might even end up camping at the venue. It's a soccer stadium for our local team and there are bunch of fields they use for little league or whatever. Well they charge you and for that you get a patch of grass and some public showers. Allot of locals do not camp, but it is nice to not have to drive home when you have been partying.

    Yeah i am also trying to keep everything on track, and doing ok at the moment.

    maybe a stupid question... but does cooked chicken and rice lose any nutrients the longer it sits refrigerated? I wanna start packing better lunches, but don't want to get up half an hour earlier in the mornings... so if i cook it in the night, will it lose a ton of its nutrients by mid next day?

    only wondering because i know prepared fruits and veggies do... so who knows it could go for all foods

    it dont lose that much .,,. the point of getting something in your belly when you need lunch or something. ,make up for lost nutes, by eating better anyways..

    you can overdo nutrients you only absorb so much, and the gut only breaks down so much food at a time.., so it dont really matter..

    teh average body requires food and nutrients for maintenance, not really to grow super muscles or nothing .. just to keep the fit it already has.

    1st time trying that tune., its a little harder but Im managing with my MS and just getting back to playing lots and lots. and I tend to play to much other shit and not focus on disciplining what I already know.:(bad habits.

    Thanks, yea i'm basically just trying to start packing my lunches better in general, chicken and brown rice rather than sandwiches, bread isn't good... brocoli and some fruit rather than cookies and granola bars... like how i used to eat.. but once i started working it just became to much work to keep eating healthy so i started to slip on that... then when i started not eating heathy i stopped working out.. so it sucked haha.. i build muscle fast but i also lose it fast, its weird..

    i had a strict nutrition and workout plan for a good 3 months and got built decently pretty quickly... then i stop for 1 month and lost like half of what i gained lol... so getting back on track and sticking with it for good, i'm interested in seeing how much can change in a year..
