    worst part of going to the gym is the drive home when your arms/legs feel so heavy and dead, sucks to drive...

    almost a 2 hr workout (with a few rests ;)) I love taking pre-workout supps right before you walk into the gym, that way soon as you use up all of your natural energy, they kick in and it gives you that extra boost to go even longer, rather than taking it half an hour before working out like they suggest.. doesn't last as long

    I don't have any fast foods weaknesses....does starbucks count?.........I have to be starved beyond recognition to bite a big mac...i'm with you faeby.....

    I have a marinated pork tenderloin with mini yellow seasoned potatoes......be ready in a half hour.....

    I been with my granddaughter all week and she's a vegetarian so I havnt been eating meat....


    last night I slipped her some perogies with cheese and bacon.....she devoured them and told me after she knew there was bacon in them:)

    she totally busted me

    I finally settled on my own pasta dish. Very simple, so heart warmingly delicious.
    Box o pasta, jar of sauce and water. Bake it, mix in cheese and pepperoni, and bake it a bit more!

    of course :p i love leg days but the days after are literally hell... I can work out any other group and be fine the next day, sore of course, but still fine... But I have a rule to only work my legs fridays 'cause i know I won't be able to walk properly the next day :D its that bad lol

    Now that is exactly what I'm talking about! When you wake up the next day and your legs nearly buckle under you, you know you've done a good job, haha. Personally I just do a full body workout every time, but it's mainly because I only get the chance to hit the gym 1-2 times a week. I've found it moar effective that way.

    Depends on your goals I guess, plus I burn off way to much working out, if I did a full body routine I'd prob wouldn't gain much at all, nothing left in me to build any muscle :p full body routine would be perfect for weight loss or toning though

    I do 4 day split, best for mass for me. I only got to the gym twice a week though too, I go enough of my own equipment at home to do most workouts luckily

    Chilling ate some toast and some du th waffles and then smoked another joint walking sown the road to get a lil something from a friend. Got a bunch of stuff to take care of tomorrow including taking my little brother to his driving test.

    Sunshine that looks really good. :)

    I do not do a lot of fast food so the few times I have it I really don't mind it. Although I am not keen on grease so if it tastes greasy, I am done. The exception is chips from the chip stand.........I am Canadian. ;)
