Hi everyone. How is everyone in hip land doing? I miss you doing. Anyone doing anything great? Or any thoughts on life, etc?--- as I haven't been on here in a couple weeks.

In any case, I haven't been not posting for any specific reason- other than, from time to time my body/self seems to know when to turn the computer off and focus on something else. This time it was a free-focus. Nothing specific bothering me or specific that I needed to work on...but I didn't feel like "wasting time" online... felt I had a lot to do. And I got a lot done! My finances are all almost in order! (that is HUGE for my family right now)... I started taking Cason to 2 storytimes at libraries for the past two weeks.... caught up with some family friends... and well, I'm not sure but I feel I've accomplished a lot. Got a lot of court stuff done and a lot of doctor appointments either done or set.

Started walking daily... in the morning at 5 am (for 45 mins) before my son gets up. Added coconut oil and lemon water in the morning to my supplement regimen. Worked on a budget for future financial success...which before budget was not a "good word"... but I was into it and it was my idea. Things are going well that way. :) Started looking into pre-schools and also have the house super clean, .. in any case, I feel I learned or gained something deeper. I have a deep sense of calm. I absolutely want nothing right now and my breathing is calm. Actually I am getting to another point... I almost wonder if I was deficient in something...probably vitamin d. The only two new supps I've added in the past 2 or 3 months that could be making such a change physically and mentally in me are that I started taking 8,000 I.E.'s D3 s day and I also started taking pharmaceutical grade turmeric (with ginger... helps it in being digested)... a lot of my issues through the years have recently gone away. I've made progress through the years and was well on my way to not being anxious, depressed or having sleeping or addiction probs etc... having now I really have no social anxiety even. That is huge for me. Social anxiety hung on. (so to no longer care if, say, someone scolds my son because he has a tantrum in the library and doesn't wanna hold hands during ring around the rosie. hey, he's 2! someone else Is gonna have to watch him eventually so let go. But also, you are his mom and you know he is fine)....

So, anyways, nothing huge new but taking care of business I guess. This weekend we are going to my nephew's second bday party... next week is Halloween stuff. The calendar is actually now always full and I'm dealing with all very well. I hate to "gloat" and then crash though... ;)

In any case.. missed this place!!!

What is new with everyone here?

Glad to see you're back! Congratulations on your budgety stuff!

Only new thing with me is I got a job! I'm pretty excited about that. Tomorrow will be day 4 and so far everything's gone pretty well. It's just a lowly position at a locally owned pizza place (I've worked with the owner every day since I started Sunday), but it's full-time and I'm trying to start off making a good impression. The owner says I'll probably be on a regular schedule of 11-7 Monday through Friday soon which is awesome. I get a few tips now and then (I'm making regular min. wage, not waitress min. wage, so I'm living), and when I'm not super busy, I get to watch cable TV. Haha. It's pretty fun so far, my boss has a weird personality I have to get used to, but I'm sure I will after working with him for a little bit. I'm off Saturday and I can't wait already, my feet are definitely not used to standing all day (but I am looking forward to shedding some of the weight I gained while on unemployment).

YAY! im so happy you are doing well, i thought i hadnt seen you the infamous "blast a minute" on much recently. i am thinking of taking a break from the hip pretty soon as i often use it as a "lemme check this for 10 mins" then go do work, but 1 hour later ill still be onbline.

What are you doing with Cason for halloween do you know what he is gonna be dressed as yet?

    Kinky glad to hear...congrats!!

FUCK... had written a ten min reply and flipping lost the whole damn thing. Maybe that' a sign because what I wrote to haha was .... took a lot.
Anyways, guess Ill do it again. It was just 10 mins last time...so I guess 5 mins this time and what's 5 mins...

This Sat., my nephew's party is a costume party also. At a park. We haven't gotten Case's costume yet. I had wanted him to be Brobee from Yo Gabba Gabba but I think he wants to be either a puppy or a fire fighter, so unless he sees otherwise, guess he'll go with that. Then Mon. is a Halloween parade w Case, my mom and my cousins. Wednesdays story time is also costume dress up and Thurs. (actually Halloween for once around here!) is trick or treat... they are all kids things- but I am excited about them all this year for some reason. Have been thinking about getting my own costume and dressing up, though haven't done that in years. NO clue what yet. Hah. Also, have a long neck pumpkin and gonna make my first home made pumpkin pie and carve jack o lanterns.

In any case, Yea, ... I know what you mean bout the time wasting. My time has slipped even tonight on here...(then imagine losing this whole posting...arrrrgh!)... I feel that, I just don't have hours to be online and when I'm on here a lot... time just goes and it's good for my soul and the progress of my life to do other things more. Only so many hours in a day. I think breaks from here are amazing btw. I learn something and end up happy every time! :) But really...think about breaks for a minute-exchange "hipforums", with various other things to see how it would work. What would you learn, gain, feel, experience? How would you appreciate said thing when you return? It's really rad. For me... I don't make predictions of my posting behavior - it's anybody's guess. But I can say, I'm not done living- a lot more to be done but I also have no anger towards this place or reason not to post. So, I'll...be....around. :)

I'm glad to hear this, sounds like you are doing really great. Not much new here, still on that grind and being self destructive. But constant progression nonetheless. Check in more :)

8,000 IU's of D3 sounds like a good-size dose for this time of year.

Glad to see you back for a minute!

I've been here infrequently lately. Angel Action Atlanta has been taking alot of my time. I love those people!

I'm getting the yard and porch ready for Halloween, even though it's getting done later this year.

Glad to see you're doing well and it sounds like you've accomplished much in a relatively short amount of time.

That is excellent about the budget, and super interesting about the supplements. I do think it is important (especially nowadays) to take extra vitamins and supplements because I don't think we are getting it in food anymore, not the way food is now.

Also sounds like Cason is experiencing an awesome childhood! :)

Hey nice to hear from you!

I am moving to South Korea! That is pretty big news for me! My boyfriend has to go back and do his mandatory military service, so I am going too. Looking forward to some travel and ESL teaching again. :)

    electric buses are good news.

although some of the new electric bus technologies applied to narrow gauge railways would be even better.

but that fact that these things are being done is very good news indeed.

trolly buses are ok too, but the new electric bus technologies i'm refering to involve recycling old tranist buses into new electric transit buses with lithium batteries, hundred mile ranges and charging time of less then half an hour,

also induction charging from coils in the road and rapid recharging station technologies.

singapore, s. korea, and a municipality in the state of washington, are adopting these technologes to their transit systems.
