good morning ....yes lynn I believe it is goldenrod.....I have plenty......and that hairy plant is not hairy....it is a thorny weed that is also covered in frost....took that over a month ago

We have frost on the ground. They did not issue a "warning" for our county but we got frost anyway.

jury duty was cancelled today, seriously they didnt cancel it till today so i still went all the way down there...for nothing and took off work yesterday so i wouldnt be tired when i got to the courthouse...for nothing.

i dont understand why they dont pick jury duty from people collecting unemployment, they have nothing better to do and they can make a few extra bucks which they need being they have no job and unemployment is usually not good pay.

 

usually you call the day before to find out if they need you.

my kid took quite a spill at the bus stop. i told him to ask the nurse for an icepack. hes pretty tough, but he went down hard and hit his forehead. which is a lot better than knocking out his front teeth.

 

Another day at college, sure don't really enjoy this place but hey gotta do what you gotta do.

yeah, he will recover. the school just called to make sure i knew that he had fallen down.

im no dummy, he cried right away (and then recovered, not even stunned.) i checked his eyes, not very likely that he got a concussion. he will be ok, he will just have a unicorn horn nub for a couple of days.

 

I hope he got a loli out of it

 

man I can still remember the first time I ever tried to ride a bike without training wheels as a kid. I hit a rock goin' down a hill and tore the entire front of my knee out hasn't worked quite right ever since.
