that is a nifty vacuum cover. i dont have a good closet situation, so mine sits in the living room being ugly. we have just been collecting stuff in preparation to have a house for so long that it has become an immense amount to go through. it does make it easier to have an attic for the holiday hoopla, and a garage to filter/ sort/ cull the rest.

mine goes inthe closet, but I use it so much that Id rather have the cover and leave it out.

i have a big car wash vacuum cleaner in the basement. I wanted to set it up for some central vac. havent tho. I would need a spool of hose. :(

i don't even have a vacuum. mine was a 15 year old thing that was duct taped together, but it finally died right before i moved. here we only have one small 5x8 rug, but it is very dense so we basically just sweep it off.

We've got a vacuum but it's always getting jammed.
All it takes is a few stray pieces of guinea pig hay and that damn hose gets clogged.
I need a vac that doesn't have an accordion hose.

vacuums are just machines that pick up dust and throw it into the air

    useless

brooms are way better...especially those static charged ones

    rugs are also disgusting

hahah everyone started talkin about blood pressure. I was only talking heart rate. No blood pressure problems here.

I really hate that my popular culture class Mon and Wed have an additional 50 min with a smaller group one day a week. it's boring and cheesy and unnecessary.

so is my piano class. we did a piece called Alpine Holiday and she tried getting me to close my eyes and imagine the mountains.

    lady can kiss my ass.

i would say thats probably good, gets them there in time (hopefully)

i just saw a beautiful blue jay swoop through the yard. i love birds, and squirrels, and bunnies, but all are threats to my garden. its not too frigid outside, maybe ill get a little yardwork done. we have a teeny leaf rake, so i will challenge the boy to do it. there will be plenty more, but might as well start collecting them up now. i found some new homes for all the hens and chicks that i have "in the way" i like them, but i have more than enough to share.

I don't have a closet for the vacuum either. Years ago someone told me that she left hers out all the time so that visitors would think they caught her in the middle of cleaning..... I took that to heart and then some. My vacuum has about a half inch of dust and pet fur on it. Actually I have all hardwood floors and sweep most of the time. I probably should get rid of the vacuum but was waiting for it do die first.

One of my friends mails hers out so I get it the day after our Thanksgiving. That usually reminds me that if I am going to send out cards that I should start working on them. Last year Dad was so sick that I never did send out cards at all.
