This conversation reminds me of when i worked in the grocery store they had that blood pressure machine in the pharmacy. I would run around the store then hold my breath to try to get all three numbers over 100.

 

exercise reduces blood pressure.. so does diet..

 

OMG!!! lol You hear that typically the better shape you are in physically the lower your blood pressure is. A lot has to do with genetics, I think.

 

Normal Blood Pressure Is Under 140-90, Anything Over

Is Considered High.

The Highest I Have Seen Was 219-100, And The Lowest I Have Ever Seen

Was126-56...

At The Moment At 5.34pm It Is 153-82 pulse 84...

Well i was in good shape in my mid 30s but i dont get out to the rink as much as i did then. I likely will start. Yes it runs in my family.

 

I've read and heard on tv that wine is supposed to be good for blood pressure. Believe you may be proof positive of that, Glen!

Red Wine Does And This Has Been Well Known For Many Years.

A Couple Of Years Ago I Checked My Pressure Every 3 Hours For A Month,

Wrote Down The Date Time And Pressure On A Pad, Took It To The Doc

And As He Thumbed Through The Pages He Noticed Every So Often

A Reading Had Been Highlighted.

He Looked At Me And Said Whats With The Highlighted Readings, That

Is Perfectly Normal BP, I Replied Thats When I Have Been Drinking RED

Wine, The Same Results Do Not Occur With White Wine.

So To My Shock He Said, OK, Cut Down On The White And Stick To Red.

I Nearly Fell Off My Chair...

I've got a long day of studying ahead. Sometimes I like to roll and joint and leave it on my desk so that I can see what I get for a reward when I finish.

 

Coffee was extra good this morning, usually means that I'm going to have a good day.
