how'd those blood results come out?

 

Didnt pick them up yet but im guessing nothing urgent because they didnt tell me to come back in because of anything to do with the blood

 

For a while my sleep/awake schedule was leaning toward being normal...sleep at night/wake up around 8am. Well, it seems I'm getting back into the old rut - awake until 5am or later, sleep until 11am. The cats don't allow me to sleep later than that.


Last night I was a little productive. Nothing to brag about. In the middle of cleaning, I got carried off on another tangent - arranging books that were already shelved or otherwise off the floor. lol So that wound up being the end of the cleaning rather than the middle.

 

Man my heart rate has been like 120 all day
I've only got a couple tokes at my disposal

 

mine is the same., Ive tachycardia to some degree., generally a high strung person..

 

I want to smoke so bad right now I feel like screaming, etc. :banghead: lol but seriously.

I'm seriously considering spending a few of my carefully hoarded dollars on an electronic cigarette tomorrow.

I partake via edibles. But...I LOVE to draw smoke in my lungs and blow it out. I broke down and was smoking cigarettes a little for about 6 months total after not smoking since 3/16/2008. I have had one since 10/1 and before that I was smoking an average of 3 to 4 a day. I would make a pack last me a week and I quite thoroughly enjoyed - and still would! - drawing the smoke of a Marlboro down in my lungs and blowing it out.

But I quit. damnation

 

I find it funny that when i was a kid i had the lowest blood pressure in my class whenever we would compare on days when we got a physical. As i got older and older it got higher and higher. Now doc said i have high blood pressure.

 

My blood pressure is usually 120/80something. When I've had a broken bone and I'm on pain pills my blood pressure is higher, but it's the bottom number that is of most concern. 120 (top number) is fairly decent/average number to my understanding.
