I meant roofing shovel...like the ones they use to lift the nails...pitchforks work fine for heaving shit off into the bin but if theyre using them to strip (or jamming them into the sheathing like the picture shows) Id be showing them off the property

thats how they strip it.they use the shovel thing after to pull the remaining nails and chunks of shingles

 

ever try ripping off a roof that has been layered 4 times?? . 2 times ok.. 3 maybe,. but when you need to tear off a 4ply its gonna be a bitch..

 

having a bin to put the shingles in right off the roof makes a world of difference.........i will never again throw a roofs worth of shingles onto the ground again.................

 

They have these canvas bins now. Its like a big bag, they pick it up with a special truck. i think home depot has them too..
