I heard about that too, but I heard it was like $200-300 for the interview. I'm considering it if my doc says no. It would still be worth it to be able to light up anywhere I'd like, risk-free.

I feel very uncomfortable about bringing it up to my doctor, even though I know I shouldn't. I definitely qualify under the health canada guidelines, but there is such a stigma attached to it that I'm weary of bringing it up. I suppose the worst thing he can do is say no.

I don't really ever smoke in public either, which is why I'm hesitant to even bother. I get top quality stuff right now for the same price or cheaper than the prices for medical under the new system, and when I do smoke in public I usually only have the joint that I'm smoking on me, so if I get stopped they're not going to get me for anything.

But still, it's the principle of the thing... haha.
