Sooo,im probably bein paranoid.i took my tongue piercing out about 6 years ago.the hole was still open so i put a bar back in it.

Test fitting the new/surplus cold air return, furnace fan... Nice and quiet. 3-speed too... :2thumbsup:

Salvaged from a commercial air filtration system, cut the fan end off the unit and it fits like factory up to the back of the furnace. Bend a frame for the open end and it fits a standard furnace air filter. 3 speeds could be wired into a thermostat system, for now it's on the original switch. Thing is even painted up nice... Looks factory.

 

I had to turn the heaters off , cause it was hot inside.. I was overheated from outside ice chopping. the layer of ice on one walk was 4in thick. I chopped it with fireman axe, get some air between it, sun come out tomorrow , I should be able to get it all scrapped off..
