I'm going to fuss about aol and my son. Don't everybody faint or anything. :p

For at least 2 weeks now I haven't been able to get online using the screenname/account I favor. For reasons unknown they decided there was a problem with the password to this account.

Since the son pays for this, he is the one that knows about billing information, where it goes to, how its done etc bla bla. Those are the questions aol asks when trying to access online using that screen name. I talked to the son about this and at least 1 week ago he said he had tried to get in there and it was asking him the same questions (duh) and he canceled out because, he said "They have that information. Why are they asking for it. What they are asking for doesn't make sense...".

So, during this past week he said he would send aol an email. I'm thinking/wondering he is thinking his email would be SPECIAL and the account would be opened up to him? I did pose that question to him, but I wasn't a smart ass, but (tried) to ask it seriously. I've sent him a number of emails "reminding" him. Nice short little notes. Still, tho' you'd think he would just Fix This and get me off his back.

The very quickest way to get Mr. My Son to do nothing is to get a smart attitude...so I strive to keep that in check while at the same time nicely reminding/begging him to GET THAT FUCKING ACCOUNT OPEN FOR ME.

I've ridden on the back of many a motorcycle in my day. :D I can say with certainty that I did NOT know everybody I've ridden behind. :)

I am scared to death to fly.

How much does a plane weigh? How many tons? It doesn't make sense that it can get in the air much less stay there.

A car is on the ground...it has wheels.

Horses or feet work nicely for transportation too. :D

The dingdang worse thing about the aol account I can't access is that

I KNOW my son could fix this, and he knows its not something I can "just keep working with it" and "figure it out yourself" <---his favorite sayings. :banghead:

There are just Any Number of things I don't give a rat's ass about Ever Figuring Out on my own. FGS! Just tell me how to do it, what to do, etc. Don't make this ole' lady flounder! If I have to flounder very much, it will make me feel like the

I think I need to send him an email now...or not.

I might not be able to word it in a way that would get me the results I want. :cuss:

The wings keep it level and the engines push it forward. Lean the wings back and those very strong engines will push it up...its not rocket science....actually it kind of is.

glen...we call those ''pusssy'' pads or p-pads
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pillion

A pillion is a mostly British English term for a secondary pad, cushion, or seat behind the main seat or saddle on a horse, motorcycle, bicycle or moped.

If i was going there i'd be going to see her and not the son....in an attempt to get her drunk and lower her inhibitions

and her expectations...those would need to be low too:)

i used to enjoy flying. then i flew with hubby and son. there is something about knowing your family could (and would likely) all be eliminated in a crash outweighs any joy for me. i also hate being in the car, and really hate going fast. its why i dont drive. but theres not a lot of corrective action that can be taken in a plane crash.

i like a slower pace. walking. biking. sitting in the sun. getting places early. people are always in such a rush, and im.... not.

supposed to be in the low 60's today. i wish i didnt feel like shit. i have to talk to my neighbors about removing some branches on their tree. it overhangs us, i know we are allowed to cut back whats on our side, but we might as well deal with the whole tree at the same time. its got a lot of damage and has already lost a fair number of big branches. we really dont need the car to get damaged by it when it goes.

im sorry you have snow orison. we get that here. heaviest in march/ april. then, it immediately becomes summer. then a short fall and then winter. spring is second winter here. first winter is more like spring. its weird weather, but its incredibly tolerable. i think the low humidity is what i am such a big fan of. when we have heavy rains and then hot days it reminds me how hard it is to cope with. when its muggy you cant even sweat to cool off. colorado is a pretty great place.
