pbs local always has the same shows about the bridges and stuff around here. I could watch it anyways even after seeing it 1000 times.

nova is good, and I like the catch foyles war once in a while.

Oh ya! And earlier that evening.. Grilled fresh trout that I had caught earlier in the afternoon...

 

spawning time isnt it?..id have thought theyd be weak this time of year

maybe spawning time by you.. But pike spawn as soon as the water temps hit 37*F.. Which is right as the ice starts thawing.. They spawned over a month ago.. Ice-out was beginning of March... Now they just have their post-spawn feed bags on before it gets warm and they move to deeper water

 

yeah.. fuck that damn Y-bone.. and they taste like mud anyways imho..

 

I know walleye/pickerel are spawning now..only because it was on the news for some reason..Im not a fisher

 

yeah Walleye were getting ready to spawn down here a week or two ago.. I'm not a walleye guy though.. I usually catch'em by coincidence
