I love MXE. I haven't experimented with high doses, although since I like to smoke it there have been times where I've gotten really messed up that way since I just put small amounts of foil and toke until I'm good. I find it extremely euphoric, although sometimes it can also be very confusing. To me it feels like a medium - high dose DXM trip with more euphoria.

Evening morning or something

 

lady at the easter egg hunt gave my grandson 3 sets of full knight costumes complete with cool crests and lotsa sequins....unfortunately for me there was an adult sized one which everyone promptly started urging me to try out........and the look in my grandsons eyes...i could not say no

now i have promised my grandson that him and I can put them on and go for a walk in downtown kingston

note that we both have swords too

been having a shitty couple of days... missing work again today due to anxiety. seems like i can't go more than a month without having it come back.

it's also 17.5C in my apartment, i'll have to call the landlord later on.

 

i dont understand anxiety...what does it feel like?can you expand

 

different every time, but basically just really, really nervous about everything, feels like something terrible is going to happen (usually described as feelings of impending doom), some people get physical symptoms like sweating, heart rate speeding up, shaking, etc... I don't get those every time, but sometimes. for me it usually leads to some pretty bad depression but that's different for everyone.

the most frustrating thing is knowing that you're acting completely irrationally but not being able to do anything about it. the most effective treatment i've found so far is cognitive behavioral therapy, which basically teaches you to recognize the thought patterns that lead to/cause your anxiety and change them before it becomes a problem. it's better now for me than it was a few years ago, so at least I seem to be making progress.

 

like any job iot will take a bit of time to get used to it.....i am leaving for barrie on the 11 ferry ...stay in touch and i will come down and smoke a bomber with you and take you to lunch or let you take me to lunch lol...yer the one with the rich boyfriend

Haven't been able to be on here in a while...

On my way back home from Alberta, when suddenly there was a massive landslide 6 hours into the drive, so now we have to stay in some crappy little town over night, I'm pissed, I just want to go home! Still another 8 hours to drive tomorrow.... Please, everybody, remind me to never go on vacation again.

furnace in my apartment building is broken, landlord said he'd do his best but probably couldn't get anyone in to fix it until tomorrow (have to switch out a control panel, or something like that). it's working for a few minutes at a time though, so it's up to 19C right now which is alright. the difference between 17C (which is what it was at overnight/this morning) and 19 is a lot more noticeable than i would have thought.
