got up early because my fire almost went out

i gettin really pro at starting or restarting my woodstove

...i fixed my chainsaw all by myself...threw away the old guard and am just using a nut on an open saw with really thick gloves...it works but throws the chain about every 7 cuts


gonna drill out a little plate so the tension holds...

 

i need to fix my furnace vents more. im a place these better and heat all my fucking rooms. all a few ducts do are go up the wall and not heat nothing.

 

i have an oil furnace in this house but havnt turned it on..its maybe 8 years old....oil tank is bone dry ...getting some the end of the month

i have a sun room across the entire back of my house...maybe 40 feet long,all windows...shitty old windows connected with a door at each end into the main house....my daughter always kept the doors closed but i am thinking to keep them open so it doesnt freeze up back there.....

keeping a door always closed in a house is supposedly not working for you in the heating bill

 

no sun here. It takes a while for this house to get warm. its all fucked up with new furnace, old ducts, really just not fitted right. they make goofy bends thru the baseboards, Ima make them blow up the floors. its a dirty dusty job. i did this to a few and see great improvement in heat. its just a couple left.

 

in nova scotia, most people heat their homes with oil. didn't know anyone in ontario used oil.

 

i heat mine with acorns..

 

my new mouse is crazy it has auto back button. i feel like im in the future..

 

many rural people still use oili....many in toronto still use oil....

i remember getting coal delivered in our old house in toronto in the 60s.......


i still have a months wood that isnt split yet...some was too big and i am renting a log splitter from a dude on the island

its so hot when the fire is going well that you can not open the stove and hold your hand there long enough to even light a doob...gotta grab a piece of coal out with my mini shovel so i can spark a smoke

 

haha....me too...little button for auto back...if you are really talented you can program that button to do whatever you want...

if you spent more than 40 non the mouse i'm pretyy sue you can program the button to blow you?
