I was at this store with my backpack on, because i wear my backpack everywhere since i have to walk, it's much easier carrying everything around in there rather than a bunch of bags when buying stuff... And this lady that works there was at the other end of the isle when she starts calling me over..

so i go up to her and she asks me to take off my backpack, so i did out of confusion.. she then takes it from me and asks if she can look inside, and i'm like "uhm... go ahead, i have nothing to hide.." (i did have weed in there, but i meant nothing stolen to hide ) so she looks through it, somehow didn't even see the weed or just ignored it.. then handed me back my bag and apolgized and said "sorry, we just dont like people wearing their backpacks in here"

and at this point i was a little insulted that she accused me of stealing with no evidence or proof whatsoever other than i'm a teen with a backpack, i don't steal, i've never stolen a thing in my life.. so i was like "uh.. okay..? do you want to hold onto it or something for me then..?" and she said no, so i'm like "okay then..? would you like it if i put it upfront by the till..?" and again she said no, so i'm like "well then what do you want me to do about this?"

She felt stupid and embaressed.. she was so confident when calling me over in hope of finding some stolen goods, and when she realized she was completely wrong she must have felt like an idiot

It's funny how employees and owners judge their customers based on age and what they're wearing and have no trust for them... it's ridiculous

 

should have asked why she wanted to look in your bag before you let her.......

True.. but i kinda knew the reason and knew i was innocent and kinda wanted to make her look stupid lol, if it was a cop on the other hand then yes i'd be putting up some arguements.. mainly because i had weed in there though

i was almost tempted to steal right after that just to fuck with her, but didn't because then i'd probably feel the guilt of stealing lol..


But to be honest stealing looks so easy i dont understand how anyone gets caught... Even if they catch you, just walk out... employees aren't aloud to physically stop you or chase you outside once you leave the building.. because if they get hurt it's on the owner of the store.. all they can do is call the cops, and by the time they get there you'd be gone ages ago lol

Ever since i mentioned wanting to make tshirts to sell online, i've been wanting to start up an online business... but don't quite know what to sell.

t-shirts and clothing still sounds pretty fun, but kind of costly to get into... but i can't think of much else. My mom loves doing crafty stuff like making soaps and cards and girly things like that, she actually has a friend that makes dog treats and sells them and does pretty well. I could always do something like that... I create the website and promote everything while she just makes stuff lol, then we split it 50/50

My girlfriends also really good at photography and has some decent cameras, i was thinking of maybe doing that as well/instead.. but do people buy photography online? like framed pictures or posters or whatever?

I really just wanna make my own website and promote and get into business lol, post up all our products on ebay, craigslist, kijiji, all linking to our website.. get some traffic in that way.. then once a few people start buying things, their friends will see it, ask where they got it, then bam more potential customers.. and then we start making a few extra bucks on the side. Not to mention the money from adsense and all that if we get enough traffic. I think it'd be fun.

especially since im starting university quite soon now.. i wont be able to work full time anymore, and will need this extra money to pay off schooling..

anyone have any suggestions of things to create and sell for a fairly cheap price?

 

there is a sign on the shell here that says no backpacks allowed...i wondered why it said that but even so if the backpack is on your back doesnt seem very convenient to shove stuff into...

I don't understand why banks even bother giving interest.. i get 2cents every month, for ever $1,000 in my savings account.. i have $3,000 in there.. yet it will still take me over a year and a half just to make a dollar from interest lol..
