Hey people!

Irminsul, I'm gonna jump in here and say a main reason my brother and his man-spouse got married was for legal reasons...having to do with insurance being available for his spouse through where he works, ownership of properties, and that sort of thing.

They live in California and I (and my mother) live in SC. Even though we (my mother and I) would literally never ever try to take a single thing of my brother's should the worse thing happen...his spouse's family would be on his stuff like starving vultures. lol They both have told me that. :rofl: Being married and making wills together but separately they are able to make as sure as possible things will happen like they want, not like family members would want. lol

When people have taken stuff when I've worked somewhere, I've never seen them but figured it out later...when there would be empty boxes, spaces or whatever. lol

Lynn, I was stocking the toilet paper and it's also the beer aisle. I noticed him circling a lot, and at first I thought he was just being creepy. But we kind of have a theft problem, and since in my position I can walk around anywhere, I like playing detective. I stop a lot of people just by knowing what they're doing.

I was watching the door from afar and there he went.

Unfortunately the policy is you can't stop them.

Well, I'm gonna be an old lady and say I'm glad you can't stop them.

People are crazy these days and he may have been a lunatic stealing little stuff but have a knife in a pocket!

Around here I've known of clerks to jump over counters and such to get someone taking beer and candy bars. gad One woman even chased some dudes out into the parking lot of this convenience store and jumped on their dang car over a stupid ass case of beer. She wound up getting thrown off the car as they took off and died later in the hospital...and as awful as I'm gonna sound here - Just WTF was in her mind?!? A hero for a case of beer?

(oh, and it was known that the owner would NOT have "charged" her for the theft. There was video survelliance.)

 

my first time in the back of a cop car tonight, and i was high as sheeitt

I was at McDonalds drive thru (no need for lectures ) and my car started to chug while idle like sunshine? or whoever it was with the broken down car... same kinda thing i've been having lately, chugs when i'm idling..

anyway... i get my food and leave, but car is driving like complete crap.. like undrivable crap.. wouldnt go over 20, car was surrounded in a cloud of smoke and it it was shaking like hell... but me being me.. i'm like fuck it.. this car doesn't control me i control it lol... i'm like "i can make it home "

The second i pull out of the parking lot all i see is lightts... so i pull over... and he comes up saying my car smells like marijuana (probably because i literally just finished hotboxing it...lol) and so he asks me if i smoked today... and i decided to be honest(kind of) and was like "yes, i actually have" he asked when... then i had to lie and say 2 hours ago (more like 10 minutes) lol.. but he searched me, put me in the back of his car, searched my car.. found nothing.

Then he said he let me go.. i started to walk home cause i couldn't drive my car anymore... then he pulled up again and offered me a ride home, so i'm like hellyea lol fuckin 40 minute walk my ass...

he ended up being really cool actually... he gave me a lecture saying he know i just smoked, he can even smell it on me.. but he was like "to be honest i couldn't care less, i don't care what you do at home as long as it stays at home... my one word of advice is just leave it out of the car, any other cop would have given you a harder time... now go eat your mcdonalds before it gets cold" lol

 

i ran out gas the other night, first car behind me was cop. to cold for him to get out and see I had guns, drugs, dead bodies in the back. just drifted back so I could get off the road some.. one way street all blocked in with barriers, only a few emergency spots left..

 

Kill em with kindness hehe great idea. Off to return rental car and spend day out with my mum and grandparents!

Hittin the vape too yum yum, nicotine vape would only make thing more wonderful if it was for flower or wax. All my east coast and some of the west coast stoners are probably in bed now and Im just starting my day I know a little ofthe pain irmy, and glenn and fairlight suffer.

 

I'm up. On the east coast. Just got to work. It's like a ghost town with people already off for the holidays. I hope my work load follows suit lol.

I also got good news. My buddy who dabbles in growing. Usually grows 5-6 plants at a time more as a hobby than to make money. Well his current harvest was just, well, harvested lol. Told me he should have some goodies for me in the next week or two. Yay!

Honestly though, he probably knows that he's going to have more luck by just talking to you like a person instead of giving you a lecture or charging you.

 

Heading out to get the last of my christmas shopping finished.

I've been re-watching Eastbound and Down lately, I love the second season, that he spends in Mexico. It strangely makes me want to go to Mexico haha.

 

2 things from the over night chatter I would like to comment on

1.the fight for gay rights isn't about the marriage certificate...it is all about the rights that given to het partners that are denied to gay marriage partners

such as death benefits and heir rights and medical coverage, mortgage apps etc etc

2...a dude stealing juice and cookies isn't stealing it so he can go lure children and be creepy...it is very common for people to commit small crimes at this time of year so they get a hot meal and warm bed in jail.......the fact he was likely hungry as fuck may have been the reason for the choice of groceries

and sunshine....you should be happy bout that ''don't chase'' policy....sometimes shoplifters carry weapons....its a couple of dollars

I wish it was 0 here. We're supposed to get into the upper 40s and maybe even crack 50 over the weekend. I'd love some more single digit weather. Unless you mean 0C if that's the case then it's still too warm for me haha.
