goddamned place is falling apart....

 

i reuse the same cup all day. plates and bowls depend on whats on/in them. everyone else always uses a fresh dish, its just always me that cleans them.

 

ive been using the same plastic coffee cup for years..

 

all the snow melted and Gracie is running through green meadows playing and skipping

 

Not under the plow blade but that thing does have some weight to it... Only mildly fucked up my bumper getting it out of the car.

 

speaking of bumpers. when at the store the other day these people tried to use a bunggy strap on the plastic bumper and it ripped the bumper off.. cute couple arguing after that "what the hell u do that for" "i didnt do nothing it just come off".."it "doesnt just come off, oh jesus crist look what you did" something like that..

i took some those zinc lozenges,, for cold,. it says they help with macular degeneration..odd thing, it make me see things like color and streamers, dots and shit.. makes the weed taste funny too.

That is weird.
I remember taking something once that made weed taste funny but I don't recall the pill.

Still feeling off kilter but I ran out for a Timmy brekky smammich and my gut feels better. Something about greasy crap that can cure an upset stomach.

I'm wondering if it's some sort of ativan hangover. Or maybe I didn't eat enough yesterday.

 

yes, grease and oil is good for your brain.. and belly.

 

My wife doesn't like ativan because it gives her a hangover feeling too. She likes clonazepam better because it doesn't seem to have that effect.

Feeling better now, hopefully can get some shit done today.

Gotta start getting more active and eating better... I should have seen this breakdown coming, the signs were all there, I think I was just in denial about what was happening. Going to sit down tonight with the wife and plan some healthy meals and some physical activity for the week. She is good at helping me stick to that stuff.

had a killer headache last night myself. surprised the first 200mg of ibuprofen worked. odd positions for plumbing shit..

 

i have crystal candle holders like that color. and place the candle inside and it gives off + energy lol.

 

Sometimes I find ibuprofen works better than codeine.

 

I have one like that too ...that has a tea light in it.....
they are suppose to purify the air and give off a nice energy

 

Is it denial? For me it tends to be that I see the breakdown coming but I hope that this time around I'm gonna be able to cope and be strong and then it all crashes down.

Hopefully I'll see a difference with the k-pins. When I got it last week, I thought it might have been withdrawal from coming of the last of my antidepressants. (I've been weening since Oct). It's strange because I've never had this from ativan before.

You're luck you have such a supportive partner. It took years to convince my SO that I have a problem and I still get met with 'just change the way you're thinking, it's just that easy' (I want to hit him when he tells me things are 'just that easy') He tries but he doesn't get it. Even when I ended up in the hospital, he didn't get it. He tries to get it...I showed him the owl cartoon from last week...but then he promptly forgets by the next day.
