up 2 hours earlier than i wanted to be. fucking exhausted. had to let the damn dog out, and she couldnt just pee and come in, no, she just sat and looked at me, freezing in the doorway, wanting to go back to bed. theres no way i can get back to sleep now. fucking fuck. i have too much to do to be this tired today.

I hate when the dog does that. sometimes I just leave him out there... I dont like leaving him out when Im sleeping or not paying attention. really could leave him out there forever, but I dont.

I now use my cast iron pan more than any of my others, I love it. I really like it for cooking fish, it always turns out really good.

The only thing I don't really like it for is scrambled eggs, I find that too much egg gets stuck to the pan. I use it all the time for fried eggs and omelettes, though.

If you heat the pan first and make sure it is hot the eggs shouldn't stick ..

Funny you mentioned this. You know, I'm newly divorced and still learning to cook. I just got a cast iron pan and used it for the first time last nite. I almost put it into the dishwasher this morning, but something told me to google "cast iron dishwasher". OK, whew. Who knew?

That sounds fun. I've been lucky to never have had any serious acute medical problems.
