far right icon top, open it up, change it see what happens..

 

I think its a setting on my browser or virus protection or something

 

that icon changes nothing as far as pasting....we keep telling you....all 3 link icons open a box that says''will you allow this website access to your clipboard''

when you accept...it goes away but no other box to paste or no way of pasting into the reply box at all....it just stays empty
