I don't get why they'd give a small animal something like that. Pet sedatives aren't like normal human sedatives, it's some psychotropic shit even in small doses.

i dont know your cats situation but sedating never looks happy. but many people who are sedated feel happy despite how they look. unfortunately nobody has ever spoken meow well enough to see if cats feel the same.
