I have just learned that if you let the yogurt strain for uber-long, you get yogurt cheese. This shit is incredible. Cream cheese with a zing.

i will need to go back and catch up, but i just wanted to say then i no can haz coffee, because my kid forgot the milk rules. as in- milk rations. if there is ledd than half a gallon, certainly less than a quarter gallon, kids ought to eat their cereal dry. not going to be able to get any for fucking hours.

 

250 percent increase in electricity bills here now. Some people are selling their homes because of it...... bastards at Central Hudson....taking advantage with their rates.

When it is still yogurt you can mix in herbs (chives, basil whatever you want), continue to strain it, when it is more like cream cheese you can use it as a spread on whatever you like. :2thumbsup:
