I could never own land to much effort you gotta put in to maintain

 

i would love to have that much land. i would let most of it be on the wild side, but if there were open areas to begin with i would do the permaculture food forest thing. thats better to install yourself, but i would add edible stuff into any wooded area. one day. and i will build a house in the middle, and cottages hidden all over, and i would be happy, and busy, and by myself 70%of the time. like heaven.

 

their is a family who owns a piece of land that is just over 600acres...

the grand mother bougt it in the early 70's and never sold it. the family has 3 average nothing speal houses in different parts of the property.

they let one of the local meat cutters here hunt on their land for free. everytime she goes to the meat store he gives her anything she wants for free... you want a $20 steak tonight....here take it...its the least i can do for the 12 full bucks ive gotten on your land...

those moments when you tell yourself when you'll just smoke a little, get a nice light buzz.. because you still have stuff to do, family to interact with, girlfriend coming over...

then you end up getting more baked than you have been in a long time..

thankfully i'm now to baked to care

It is good that you are using the sacred plant to heal your wounds. The ganja has been known to be medicinal for years. It has been proven to work better on true Africans than on Canadians, but I think it should still work for you.

maintenance NO! lol. i would have an area of "lawn" but it would not be the majority. i like walkable groundcovers. my willow is not happy about the cold temperatures. and my tulips are all freezer burned. bummer.

Rained a little last nite

 

Gas company removed the meter from inside the house just now... While there the water company took their meter too.

 

Why they taking the meters ..... You need them ...

 

cable company wants 1700 bucks for their equipment from my fire..i told them i woulld settle for a hundred

final total is in...my daughter lost 17 grand on the house

less than i lost
