that guy i know who lost his rich mother last winter is learning a valuable lesson about how beating up your little brother can come back to bite you in the ass after mom dies and leaves the younger one with power of attorney and estate executor status

cant say i feel bad for him...this is a prime example of things ive seen in my life that lean me towards believing Karma balances things eventually.

 

This day, 5/6, is my late husband's birthday.

Tomorrow I continue on the stump-no-rot process. I think I'm going to buy bags of rocks and have the stumps sit on these little pebbles. maybe get sand and some little (cheapest smallest) pebbles.

I wish I had enough sense (and another connection) to post pictures. lol

 

buy rocks ?...are they really scarce around there?

 

Is there anything special to put on the stump of a branch to keep it from growing but not kill the tree?

 

never used anything special myself, latex paint or that aluminium roofing paint. not really trees I cared about tho..

kid is suspended off the bus for the remainder of the year, basically 3 weeks. some shit head kid was antagonizing him, and he wrenched the kids hand out of his face. im not pleased at my kids behavior, but at the same time, i would twist someones fucking arm too. how is it that they cant control these kids? oh no, you just have to taake it when kids are bothering you, poking at you, call ing you names, spitting on you, because if you "retaliate" then YOU are in trouble. but they never get in trouble for starting the shit.

so if i take him to school the remainder of the year (not including days hubby has off and can drive him) it will be about $90 for me on the bus. $2.25, there and back in the morning, and there and back in the afternoon to get him. plus a lot more walking, which i cant handle right now. $9 each day i need to take him. im already stressed and have been doing too much around the house, the buses are spaced about an hour apart, so theres a lot of waiting around on crappy benches, and then theres the fact of no bathroom, and that i am starting to get braxton hicks contractions that are very uncomfortable. i really dont want to go into preterm labor.
i kept him out of school today. hes pulling weeds in the woodchips before the rain kicks back up. i really need to not stress. but theres the money issues, the needing to fix the car, the dental bills, the appointment makings and cancelings.... then theres the chores that still NEED to be done, even if i shouldnt be the one to have to do them. i will make the boy do laundry, i can fold mine and hubby's. would make him do dishes but i dont want to have to deal with breakages. what a pain in the ass.

 

when I was pulled out the caffolick school, I was put on the bus to the public school.. didnt last a day. black girl and black boy was picking on the neighbour retard girl also black .. so I rearranged their faces .. then of course they threatened to group jump me so I grabbed the largest thing I could find the fire extinguisher and opened it in the face of the clowns.. and that was the end of that school on the very first day.

 

Schools don't do much for bullies. They just go after the last kid they see do something. Then one kid gets a reputation as a "tattle tale" and when adults are not looking it gets worse. But ML who knows, some bullies never fight back once they see the victim has a backbone.

 

I went to catholic school with this kid. he was a class clown, a disruption, sometimes an additional bully. sometimes he acted like a friend but when he got back with his side the tracks, right back to being obnoxious. he didnt really change much...

It is more work than it is worth to go around gathering a BUNCH of small pebbles. Plus I get hung up needing to look at/examine every dang rock I turn over on these 2 7/8 acres. :-o

So, its easier, much faster, and it doesn't cost that much to buy 2 or 3 bags of small rocks to put those stumps on.

and no, I didn't go get them yet today.

I have begun painting a coat of that sealant on the bottoms though.

 

When I was in 5th grade this kid would not leave me alone. He punched me in the back of the head so I fought back. I am not a MMA champ or something but he was in tears. Trouble is I Ieft marks and he did not so the story became I was picking on him. Suspended for a few days and has to write an apology letter thanks to my dad. I will never forget the smirk on that kid's face as our two parents and us met to exchange the letter.

Before this I was known as a the strange silent kid. I guess I got a reputation because no one really botherd me again.
