People down here in the south (well my age and older) really really piss me off with their racism. :bomb:

I am lucky that my mother didn't raise me to be that way...many people (especially my age) can't say that. In fact, I'd never even heard the n word until I was on the school bus in the 1st or 2nd grade, and then had to ask mama what that meant. I still remember her averting her eyes and saying it was an ugly word that other people used for colored people, but not us. As far as that goes, I also remember asking (annoying her) about why are the darker people called colored since I have color too? :dizzy2: As was par for the course, she told me to quit asking so many questions.

I don't care that black people use the word themselves and it is becoming (somewhat) more widely accepted...I know I will never use it nor be comfortable around those that do.

 

It is raining cats and dogs here today so I don't have the excuse I've been using that I need to/can do yard work instead of working here inside the house and cleaning it up.

I've started (baby steps) in cleaning up the inside here...but its enough to make me want to do a lie down in the bed.

Lordymercy, I've let it go inside here. With The Mother around (which is relatively all the time) it is all but impossible to get anything done, which is why I usually wait for Late Late night to do any real cleaning. She is asleep then and can't levitate on my back, asking incessant questions while she's asleep.

Yes, I realize that may sound like an excuse, but its also the truth and imo a reason.

If it weren't for the California part of the family coming once a year, I can say in all honesty I might not ever really and truly clean up...this is the one time a year that The Mother will even let me clean up and throw away stuff without a LOT of hassle. At this point, I just get a little hassle. Today I told her I was going to be going through the kitchen and throwing away the crap in this one corner (junk that has NO REASON NOR PURPOSE) and she said/asked "can't it wait until next week when you're off?" lol

I don't have but one visitor (my bff) on a semi-regular basis and she doesn't care.

I'd still make sure the outside looked good though. :daisy: lol

dang it, Ori...I've gone away and come back about 10 times (probably 5) and I still can't see anything ^ up there but a black box. :-(

I had a big mac pizza saturday. Had everything on there...special sauce, beef, lettuce. Even fries on top.

 

So I have this dugout which has been mine for maybe 5 or 6 years, and another friend's before that.

Just yesterday I tried scraping the weed holding chamber and lo and behold some weed came out. I've been scraping it every now and then since yesterday and the chunks of bud keep getting bigger, haha. I guess there has been some loss of material as it compacts onto the bottom over the years.

There must be one hell of a strain mix in there, that's for sure.
