Napping makes me feel worse. Waking up is torturous to me.

Sometimes, I lay down and close my eyes just to give them a little 5 minute break.

i was just up late and early. i will try to meditate more often, i just havent been setting aside time. when Oz is quiet i have to get things done. but i do get to sit and muse a bit when im feeding him.

we've been watching the walking dead. we netflixed too many in a row last night. it was 4:30 in the morning before we went to bed. we are always behind the times on shows like that.

I wish you could rest when Baby Oz rests.

ive always had trouble sleeping well

waking up is both stressful and depressing

i hope i die in my sleep but im pretty sure its going to be a heart attack a few minutes after waking up that gets me in the end

Somewhere, a while back, I read that waking up is stressful on your heart and that you shouldn't nap because that just adds to the times you have to put your heart through the stress of waking up.

They'd probably go orgasmic if they saw him in stockings and garters.

Times like this, I get MAD  at this STOOPID dial-up. I wish it would just show me ML's picture! I wanna see. :-( lol

I tried to post here about 5 times while ago and it kept sending me to a facebook link, google link and something else...gad When I hit the "come back" arrow, it comes back but my post is poof gone. gad. lol

    So, here is trying again...

About the heart attack with going to sleep and waking up...several years ago when I was having heart "twitches" it always happened at night, when I would be trying to go to sleep. It didn't hurt per se, but it would feel like inside my chest my heart (or where the heart is supposed to be located) was being squeezed. It was a very rhythmic squeezing. There were maybe a few painful moments; but mostly it was a weird feeling.

    I haven't felt that in a while.

Let me die quietly in my sleep, like old man Bob did... Not like those three screaming people in the car that he was driving at the time.

I can remember people telling me when I had the kids to try to nap when they did. They were 370 days apart so two infants for three years. When they napped was the time I could accomplish things, like cleaning, cooking and sometimes even a nice bath. :)

My moms dog is like yoda. She hobbles along barely able to move. Struggles with one step. Three steps is an hour project. But if you say "want to go in the car" she moves like an Olympic runner.
