Funny thing about that...before I started working with the public at restaurants and stores, I really don't remember ever saying I was sorry to anybody except my son...

However, the public NEEDS you to say you are sorry for every little thing...getting up, breathing, and even thinking. lol I said I was sorry about a gazillion times and years ago I developed the ability to not feel a dang thing when I said it...no remorse, and For Sure no sorrow. Since I usually wanted to keep the jobs, that was the easiest thing I could do for myself.
