I used to wear the rigid hard contacts before I had my corneal transplants and they were much different. They weren't flimsy like these, you literally heard them snap when bent. They were solid plastic. These feel a lot better. With the hards your eye damn well knew there was a foreign object in there and flushed and flushed it out. It took weeks to get used to them always you'd feel them. They were tiny in comparison too, only big enough to fit over cornea. If you looked to far left, right north and south they'd just pop out. I remember at the time they were almost $400 a pair too.

These ones feel good. I don't feel like there's a foreign object in there until is slips off where I need it.

So far I've had a few good bouts of goodness, then it moved. Then it fell out. Then it was awesome and now it's so so with every blink. I steel feel like excess fluid is stopping it from suctioning correct.

I've got my script so if these don't work I'll just buy some more online. Maybe daily, fortnightly and monthly. Now the pain in the ass is, since I've slowly gotten accustomed to better vision, taking them out feels like I'm left blind. :D and I'm also worried that if I do take them out then I won't be seeing well for pool comp this morning. But with them in I'm not confident they'll sit correct while I'm trying to play.

    Bahhhh!!!

so i thought i would get funny and find another word that ended with ''gasm'' in the English language....i was going to make a crack

but it turns out only 2 words in the English language end in gasm

    this is the 2 words

    orgasm
    superorgasm

so my question here...Karen the sexpert....what in bumpetty spit is a ''superorgasm''.......

can i have a superorgasm?....is the one of those ''women only'' clubs?...like gspots and multiples?

have you ever had a superorgasm?

does it involve choking?...because that is how Michael stipes of inxs died

    could broony use a superorgasm?

Oh, you can hang it on the end of just about anything. It's enough to give an English teacher a grammatigasm.

BTW, what in living hell would give anybody the idea that the average stoner doesn't have orgasms? Never heard that before. Tokers are just people. We do all the same things as everybody else, plus one more thing.

 I have no fucking idea! I'll ponder the idea while I'm going to sleep. I may call it a night early. Dealing with angry people drains all my energy.

Contact seems to be settling a touch. I haven't had much of a problem the last 20 or so minutes. I think though, my vision in right eye was short sited, so I needed to see better in the distance, however my left eye has an astigmatism after the corneal graft so it's the opposite. It seems the long distance improves with this contact in the right eye but it's short distance may be slightly worse but when the left eye is open it seems to cancel the bad vision out.

I do have a contact for my left eye but hesitant to use it because of my astigmatism and I want to talk to my surgeon about the hard contact for that eye as prescription doesn't work too well, I physically need it shaped... Again... And right now, I don't want to go through refractive lasik again.

I can actually see and feel the slight mucus and fluid build up on this contact. When I close my eye in the mirror my bottom lid literally catches it all I can see it catches my skin.

Other than that, the patting of my eye when close seems to be leaking fluids out, Heat. So that's worked well and probably why the past 25 mins now have been okay dokay.

This was a really cheap glasses/optometrist store so I'm confident if need be I can go to one these guys that actually specializes in fitting lenses, not just generic shapes etc. since both my corneas have been replaced with donor tissue and stitched in, they've healed very differently from one another. Hence the astigmatism in the left eye probably cause by my stitches being too tight.

I've been battling with my eyes for just over a decade now.

I never got my astigmatism contacts to work well at all. I tried but they just didn't do what glasses do for my vision.

Were they they the hard contact lenses? They are quite painful to get used to. They also do small amounts of damage to your cornea too. It's a trick for the doctor to get it to fit correctly but minimalse damage. By the time I got to have my left eye graft, my first one, those contacts had worn away my cornea and split it. =\
