Probable cause is a very vague term. It can be used for anything. Police are not good people many times. They picked that job to be in charge not because they want to help people. What allot of people forget is that psychos gravitate towered powerful jobs for this reason. That goes for politicians and jobs like that too.

Make the police remember you the citizen are their employer. New laws like that go against the rights an American is supposed to have. Really sad. Its not that hard to produce a dog to false indicate if they want in your car but not nearly as easy as just having the right by default.
