the dmv book given to drivers is very thin with very little information
and the dmv book that the police get is super thick with rules and regulations,
so if they want to have a reason to search your vehicle and give you a ticket,
they most certainly could find a reason....
a lot of people have objects hanging from their rearview mirror
and that is a violation that could set you up for the search or even a ticket.
