Close family you have there. I have never been asked by my mom for any ass related help.

I remember being feeling very awkward when the parent/child roles started reversing as my parents aged.

It's not fun to see your parents without clothes but you just have to look at it as the reversal of roles that nature causes. You have to care for them the way they cared for you.

I just ran across this on my facebook shares:

To get rid of a TICK

A nurse discovered a safe and easy way to remove ticks, making it less traumatic for the patient and easier for you.
Here's a way to eliminate them on you, your children and your pets.

Apply a small amount of liquid soap on a cotton ball
Cover the tick with the soap soaked cotton ball
    Blot it for a few seconds ( 15-20 )
The tick will spontaneously detach and stick to the cotton as you remove it.

Notify everyone! This may help so many, especially with those hard to reach areas.

Tip: Keep liquid soap & cotton balls in your summer first aid kit.

Irm, I saw the photo of the puppy shepherd earlier in this thread you posted. ADORABLE!!!!:)

at the moment, I am waiting for Mewey to show up so I can let her in. She goes out at night to pee, but usually comes back pretty quickly...It is a couple of hours already, and I am getting worrtied about her. She is old....
Finney constantly bullies her when she is in, and she hides most of the day under a piece of furniture here. i cannot stop this behavior's of Finney cat at all...and it saddens me. :(

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! :2thumbsup:

I am not going to say the various places my mother has worried me to search for a tick...her ass is probably the ONE single place I've been able to avoid.

She is my mother (and 94 yrs old), and I know roles get reversed and all that...even though I seriously believe I will NEVER EVER get my son to remove anything that is not on the back of my arm or neck. I'm lol, but thats the truth. :D

BUT...getting a tick off anybody, much less an older relative, in a "place" is just dang horrifying.

So I want to thank you again, Aeri. That sounds good, easy and effective. :)

I just use vinegar on ticks and biting insects, they don't like it much. I find vinegar makes them shrivel up and get moving.. Until a wallop them into the ground =p

I'm not too sure how the puppy will like the rabbits and OMG we saw a mouse in the house last night, apparently they're attracted to the rabbit pellets -.-
Puppy going to have fun in our yard hehe.
