Borrowed a sander today. I borrow a grinder tomorrow.
Been watching body work youtubes all weekend.
I'm ready to give rust repair a go.
I'll also have to smooth out the new hood before painting.
Wrap is just gonna be too much $$ right now.

Now for a night of weed n' hash bowls and playing Outlast:Whistleblower.
It a nice horror game. Made me jump a few times, already.

i dont know if they checked vitamin D, it says
CBC lab future (complete blood count)
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (kidney and liver function, blood sugar, cholesterol, calcium, sodium, potassium, chloride levels, and proteins)
TSH with reflex to free T4 lab future (thyroid hormones, im hyper-thyroid, i make too much hormone)

the other 4 tests are not for vitamin D, but i have to make sure im okay, ya know.

Colorado is kind of a pickle when it comes to Vit D. we are a lot closer to the sun, so in general we do not have issues with not getting enough. however, we ARE closer to the sun, and its very intense, and people slather on the sunscreen. THOSE people struggle to have good Vit D levels. i dont like to wear sunscreen. i spend 15 minute exposed, and then i throw on a button up t-shirt. if i have to wear sunscreen i will, but i feel being smart about sun exposure is better than a chemical drench.

Look for organic chemical free sunscreen...made of oils n minerals..nourishing for the skin.... it works :sunny:

I am in the sun everyday for at least fifteen minutes a day
And I still take a D3 supplement and my levels are always fine
I was just wondering if your dr automatically checked for it
    :daisy:

I do have to admit on those really hot days a couple weeks back I did get to much sun while swimming :( ...it was soo hot :sunny:

Some annoying animal activist tried starting shit with me on a forum because I said I have choke chains.

Err OMG like why would you have one of those?

Besides the flaming obvious.. I responded..

"I dunno, missus is into 'em ;)"

    Lulz.

That's all the disc particles. You should blow your nose heaps and get that out, it's not that good for you. =p when I used to to use a sanding disc on a 7" grinder I would always wear a dust mask and by the end of the day it's like.. OMG.. I'd of breathed all that in?
