Well 100lb lassy ain't gone fix that you need 250lb minimum gets her heels in the right areas. =p

My miss weight nowhere near this and I lay on tummy she puts open palm hands on my two should blades and she squats on me while pushing. The slowly down a hand size until my middle back. If I have stretched accordingly then all you hear with every push is hundreds of air pockets cracking. It feels so good sometimes.

I like it when I can pop my hip there abouts, always feels like instant back relief.

Yay!! They asked for input as to how the elite pool competition went and I gave my feedback which is now being put towards the organizers as it's a "valid point".

I said "I had a great time and leaned many things but I'd have preferred to have been grouped with other intermediate players of my skill level as my opponents in our groups. There's pros and cons to this but from all the statistics we have, there were few intermediate players and we are all at the bottom of our respected groups on zero wins. (Except me because I got a win :d )

So, we showed up week in and week out, paid 150€ to never get anywhere and we knew it off the beginning that we would never accomplish anything in this tournament being grouped in with professional opponents where only 3/9 top seeds are seeded into the finals. We basically are just adding to the prize pool with nothing to gain.

If our skill set was grouped in the same group then we'd not have show up every week to lose, we could have gained momentum and confidence and those two factors alone could have turned some heads come the finals.

On the con side, I'd have never learned what I did playing against my skill set players"

And I got a reply saying very valid point. :)

I was talking to a new friend today, who is a former firefighter, and he was telling me about his terrible back pain.

He told the story of how the pain started when he "rode a hot water heater" out of a burning house and came to on his back in the yard.

    On Sunday, Mother's Day,

History has been made today – the very first ever low-THC medical cannabis oil registration card for autism was issued today to autism mom advocate Jennifer Conforti. She has worked hard on behalf of her daughter Abby for two years and was well deserving of this honor.
If you'd like more information about how to obtain a registry card to legally possess medical cannabis oil in Georgia, you can visit the following link -http://dph.georgia.gov/low-thc-oil-registry
The additional conditions added under the new law signed by Governor Deal on Monday will be shown on the website on Monday, May 15. These new conditions include autism, Alzheimer's, AIDS, peripheral neuropathy, Tourette's syndrome, and epidermolysis bullosa, as well as anyone in hospice care. They are in addition to the eight conditions already allowed under current law.

Yerrr I gotta kick mine out of the house again soon. Every night since winter basically. Not that he's bad... he just looks out the window. But still, I don't want him comfortable to house life all the time but he just want to be inside. When he's outside he's whinging about it.

Robin Hood with Russell Crowe is one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
    God, it's worse than Braveheart.
