My boss told me to keep my bonus. He said it's average out at a rate we actually pay you that you don't see, but I'm on the books for tax reasons lol. I didn't know that! But it makes sense. So basically I'm employed and they're "paying" me to a separate account and probably just using my pay for his own things. Was kind enough to give me a bonus and now I'm dealing with the people that didn't get one or wasn't happy with theirs. Boo.

I got to tell a few that's it's time based so if you only started this year you don't get much, like Tony, but he already said he didn't become employed to work for a bonus he didn't even know about so he's sweet. Some of the younger guys... not so willing to take that on the chin.

Feel like telling them well if you don't want it just say so. :unsure:

 

what about income tax?....don't you need to file in Deutschland?....

 

I don't have an income in this country though. The only books I'm actually on is the bank for our house mortgage. I collect rental pay but in another bank account on foreign shores. I'll get taxed this bonus though. =p

i seen the tru oil but it looked like too much work for such a cheap junk gun

its just a surplus refurb russian sks and i chose the laminated stock which appears to be plywood and in no way resembled the nice dark coloured laminate they had on the display gun

i went with the lazy way of a quick sand and a few application of walnut stain and a spray on polyurethane finish

just basically wanted to get rid of the yellowish varnish look and get it darker.

I see young people and I feel old hey like, at the same time I feel like I could gel with them but then I get this feeling like they look at me and think I'm old. The cavern Club was a fantastic atmosphere as usual !!
Entertainment free all day and some good artists on there ! Then It was a bit of a rush to get over town for the show
