why do we call pairs of pants pairs when there is just one...

I just did my first exercises in about 3 weeks and my arms feel like Big Mac Trucks or something maybe even like big steam roller or trains and all things heavy so I'm going to be sore the next few days but I'm glad I did it. I can tell I put on the extra couple kilos I needed to so now it's about toning that up nicely.

 

What about binoculars. People always say they bought a pair of binoculars.

Was watching a show about all the ways stores and manufacturers lie to trick you in to thinking things are worth more than they are.
I combat this very easily. I look at it and say to myself (am I willing to part with the amount of cash that is on that price tag)

ive been in an old church once that was converted to a home..it was nice...open style with tons of really nice woodwork
