I jiggled my cable on the tv and reprogrammed it...all of a sudden I get 16 channels that were strong enough to register on the ez scan....but 15 of them are doing that pixelating thing when the signal is too weak....ffs

 

buy a signal booster


they have line amplifiers for satellite...they should work for cable too if youre using a digital antenna

powered one will be better than a passive inline

 

ya I saw them at Walmart but decided to wait and see the ones at future shop...the Walmart ones looked pretty shabby and overpriced and they had 3 models of the 25 models on the website....plus there is a youtube video on hour to make oe from a pepsi can for a cent or something....it involved solder so I bailed

 

i just figured out what the best solution is to stop getting sweat in my eyes





the solution is doing less work on hot days ..

 

I ALWAYS said - years and years that I'd NEVER be one of those old women that wears their gray hair long.



The front of my hair is silver. the back is something else...darker than the front, but thick as a rug!

SO - I'm probably going to do just that - be one of those long haired silver and grey haired old women - BUT my hair will not be stringy. I'll keep it trimmed and its thick.

Now that that important thought is out, hope everybody is doing well.

I'm in life hell right now with California here. sweet bejebus. \

maybe its not as bad as THAT...but the extreme effort that must be exerted is in describable, and I'm sure I don't know what hell feels like. . (I'm talking about myself with putting forth this effort.) But oldly enough, if pressed, I'm sure my brother would either act ignorant or recall and remember something totally and completely different than what I AND REALITY say happened. It has only been this year, that I've seen this trait real strong a number of times - this selective memory. Jesus.

They are going somewhere this coming week, I think (I HOPE).

This is a long ass month...not even to the end of it yet.

 

I had been keeping the cats all separated, because I don't want BB, the escape artist to be near doors! I had this system that way FINE.

Then they come, and Mama was already leaving doors open but I'd quickly go and close them. Hell, all the cats are everywhere;. Princess and Gimli was in just the kitchen and hall.

Now I don't even know where Gimli is, except that he is inside. I know that - and that he is NOT in the kitchen, where he usually would be.

gah...

I'm going to bed...so I can get up and do and do and do.

 

This too shall pass.

But in the meantime...

?
