yeah you can fish trout streams year round if the fishing regs allow.. that picture was taken in Iowa.. which has a continuous trout season.. the streams are fed by limestone springs which pump water at a consistent 47*.. only the slower tail waters will be frozen

I hate sleeping in until 2 hours before work, then working until 11pm, then coming home to do it all over again, bleh night shifts

 

I'm always up in the air about what shifts I'd rather work.. Right now I'm more happy working evenings/nights than mornings.. it can be such a bitch to wake up at 7am to get ready for work.. but at the same time.. nights can lead to sleeping late in the day and not getting shit done.. it really in the end comes down to waking up at a proper time and making the most of the time you have.. 3rds is probably the worse.. start work at 10-12 and come home at 6-8am.. fuck that shit..

 

third shifts are the hardest to deal with IMO. schedules are all screwy, daylight fucks up your sleep, and even on your days off you are unavailable during normal awake hours, to maintain your schedule. ugh.

It's amazing how much more efficient things are when you're working with good people, we got out 40minutes earlier than usual... We had all supervisors working, none of the gossipy immature girls and none of the lazy guys that don't wanna work, win win

 

Yea i hear ya rtus...right now the problem at work cause their are few of us...is we get tired and start talking shit over various reasons...

if everyone doesn't pull equally.. we team up on the other and tell him to stfu

then i get off and drive home sober and i always haul ass...

and i get blown..

 

just ate for like 15 straight minutes, pretty sure i didnt even take a breath during that time.
