maybe they could put its hair up with an elastic if they don't want to cut it

i would think she brought it to a grooming place because the dog was very clean and has beautiful dreads...i did wonder why it wasn't dreaded like the rest of the hair...or pulled up like you suggested that's what i would of done or cut it along the eyes.. it is way too long along the face...
it was a dog walker walking the dog... i see the dog being walked a lot along the beach....but only asked to take pictures once...cuz the dreads are gorgeous
and joker i wouldnt put it in the category of 'poor dog' when the dog is probably well taken care of and very loved by its owners.. its not a abused animal

 

if they've hired a walker for it, it's not like they're not spending money on dog care

doggie would probably be happier if it could see though, and having the hair out of its eyes could help prevent eye damage

 

i did think the same thing i kept asking her if they could see ?
and she said yes but why not dread it or pull it up get it off the face

Evenin' man... Spent most of the day at the house with the adjusters... Gonna take awhile to go through that mess. Right now everything is buried under frozen debris. Sucks man...


On a good note, one of my neighbors said he saw a cat down there today that might be Lil'Girl. I couldn't find her today but she may show up. Still don't know where the others might be. (there's only two kitties known dead, plus Koa the dog)
