i owned and operated gourmet italian.

 

Nice. I'm currently cooking in your normal run of the mill pub and grill.. burgers, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, pastas. But now am also the catering cook for the establishment. Doing parties from 20 ppl to 300+ weddings. All by myself.

 

I'm tempted to go back sometimes, I love the high demand pace.
