ok here is my whine for the week...I was doing super good walking walking walking everyday. I had measured the distance and was up to over a mile.

Then last weekend my left knee started Hurting. oh my god hurting when I just walk. sometimes it doesn't hurt but most of the time it does. damnation!

It doesn't hurt when I sit here or just stand still. (or in other words buring no calories ) DAMN! I was liking that exercise. I was feeling strong, ya know...

 

Maybe an exercise bike? they are not expensive. They are good for the knees and legs and give great exercise.

You could bike 15 miles while talking shit to us stoners

 

ima lay down and watch a film, night Lynn.. even though its almost day light.

 

The Mother has an exercise bike in her room...completely and totally covered by clothes and whatever other stuff (junk ) she can manage to fit up there.

I told her about 6 months ago I wanted to use that bike! to exercise!!! She said she had to keep it there (covered up like kudzu will cover up a car in a field) and there wasn't Any Room To Put It in the rest of the entire (big) house.

I still might start worrying her about it later today...it'll be something to do.

good morning .....broony why do you hate banks?...my bank is awesome...its never ever busy....there is several model looking tellers that re-fall in love with every time I go there......if I need an overdraft or an auto payment clawback they help me every time

and my bank never fucks up and its right where the ferry docks on the mainland

ive had 2 houses burn down.....I don't like keeping cash at home

same here. i'm hoping for a break so that i can walk to the farmers market. we're planning on making a big stew today but i don't want to get soaked...

 

I miss having the farmers market close to me...its right on the mainland in downtown Kingston but ive grown to hate leaving the island unless I absolutely have to....now I condense my trips to as few as possible. Our market goes 7 days a week till thanksgiving weekend...next summer I will have my own booth there selling t-shirts to yuppies
