My wrist has had a slight throbbing pain in the joint for a while today. I'm not unfamiliar with pain in this wrist, but I just don't know what could've agitated it

 

If its hotter tomorrow than it was today I do not care.

I mowed the property today already.

 

I keep trying to stretch my wrist but it just throbs again a few seconds later

 

was there an injury that you can point to as the beginning of problems with that wrist? everything squeezes together there. look up pictures of wrist anatomy, try to figure out exactly what bit is hurting (if you move it this way and it hurts, maybe its something putting pressure in that position) and then you can treat accordingly. stretching, massage, and topical remedies might help, if you know whats up. if its been bothering you for a long time you might have a scar tissue build-up from constant use.

 

Get one of those wrist squeezers to help build up their strength. I broke one of my wrists badly a few years ago and I always had problems with it, started using that and it helped rebuild it a bit.

 

The first time I noticed it was in middle school, when they made us learn to play volleyball. The constant sideways bending of the wrist each time the ball slammed down really got it to hurt. Other than that, it hurts completely randomly. top o' the joint of my right hand. it's a strange feeling. pain, but more like my hand is being pulled off my wrist.

i knew a dude that smoke crack so much ,his arm was actually postioned like he was holding a crack pipe.. think he had a stroke too, when he lights cigarettes.. he pre-melts the tip , like he would crack.. very weird...
