after a break up I usually do some kind of drastic change to my appearance! After my last break up I got the word "evolve" tattooed on my wrist. Just something to mark a new beginning...

 

Buy something ridiculously expensive "because I deserve it". Makes you feel really good then a little bit guilty that it cost so much and then I try and kid myself that "I deserve it". But hey, takes your mind off a break up.

Vig, I had a cry, cut contact with him, and kept myself busy. Keeping yourself busy helps in any bad situation. Make yourself rise above it, "I'm a successful working/studying woman and he is a......." etc.

 

I think the whole keeping yourself busy thing depends on your personality.

My life is swell fool I've been stuck with a touch of optimism the last few months which is strange, but obviously enjoyable. Although my patience is wearing thin, I want schoooool to start already. I've got one more month of summer. (two days after school starts Ill be counting down the days until summer again however)
