About 2:30 this morning the wind was trying to rip the casement window in my bedroom off it's hinges. I started to crank it closed and the wind decided to help with that and slammed it closed instead... I now have a broken window.

yes of course pun intended......heres a hen casing out the cat because the cat sleeps right beside the bin that hen is about to go lay an egg in.....cat is so lazy he wont even budge to eat the egg...he wil wait until I crack it for him

It is another dull rainy day here so I am going to be a lazy person toady. The grass is loving it though and needs cutting but given that it is too wet the lawnmower gets a lazy day as well.

My flowers are also loving the drinks and humidity. Glad they are happy.

When I was young I remember the "old" folks (probably near my age now - lol) at the farm bemoaning about having to get rid of a dog or 2 because it was "an egg-sucking dog". I didn't understand about the "egg-sucking" being so bad nor did I realize what they meant by getting rid of.

Now I understand both, and I wish I didn't remember.

Too bad we can't remember just the good stuff, huh...

uh oh...no DAMN character development in that!

Off to get milk and then into the wilderness that is our yard.

who has been to Disneyland?


was it as horrible as I picture it in my head?

 

I've been to Disneyland a few times. It's sad because right across the street from the park is some lower income hotels and housing. It's just a interesting picture to me to see the personification of expendable incomes and middle class right to next to kids who probably wish they could go to Disney too.

The park is not that bad I guess if you don't mind the hot sun and lines. My sister is a big Disney fan so even when she was a teenager it was still fun to "meet" all the characters for her but I am not a Disney guy. I was more into the extreme rides like roller coasters and Disney does not have many of those.

A LOT of Japanese tourists each time I went.

LA traffic is insane, people doing 100 on the highway when it's not gridlocked. Each morning there is a haze of smog over the city it's so dirty. The sun didn't come out until 10 or 11.

 

not disney land, but ive been to disney world, and that can be fun. i like epcot. ive never been a huge fan of rides.

 

these crippled mofo and their goddamn electric wheelchairs.. rolling around in the middle of the street in a downpour cant see the idiot no lights, no blinking strobes nothing but a retard on wheels..

 

Got a cat spayed this morning at the mobile unit. Nice people.

I checked my "other" mailbox on Facefuck and found a message sent last month from one of my deceased brothers' friends. Wow. It was pretty cool. Another person who loved him and misses him; however, he had just learned of the passing which was in 2003. Such memories brought back to me today. Thanks, Pavy.

 

told the dog "if" she could destroy the softball I found her, Id buy her 50dollars worth of new toys.. I should of kept my mouth shut....

 

ya man a softball is nothing....i'm now throwing soccer balls so he cant get his mouth around them....my dog chewed up a croquet ball....if I can find it I will take a pic...half of it is still out there...every now and then he finds it and gets me to throw it

 

I thought they was much tougher than that. she only had it a couple of hours and peeled it.

 

I think the dog played you! Pretending to be passive and not going to destroy that ball until you made the mistake of mentioning new toys!!!

We had a lab when we were kids who could chew just about anything to bits. She ate every baseboard in the house off. Dad built a compound for her for the few times she had to be alone, took us a whole day to do it. We came home and Raggs was out of the compound waiting for us. She was such a handful. She was a complete destroying machine for about 3 years until she stopped chewing and then ended up being the best dog we ever had.
