it sounds to me like the pipe runs under his slightly raised part of his house......my plumber friend charges major if he has to crawl under a house.......he would maybe reroute a new pipe and curse the guy that installed the first one

i use to buy the wireless mouse , then I found a mini plug in and its lasted me much longer than the wireless ones ,, same size ..

once worked for a plumber. housing project, the line went under 4 units. each basement had a 3ft ditch with soil and rocks piles higher than washing machines. lots of purple dye when we reached it, dye never made it to the street. found wads of sanitary, wads of drug baggies , legos and other toys .. terrible mess. was nice when I only had to sit in the truck all day and watch the tools. hookers coming up, y'all got 2 dollars? bums would take all the lead seals we tossed out cause they thought it was valuable scrap...
that job was billed at 12thousand dollars..

    leo/ virgo cusp.
i have to make myself accomplish things. if it cant be done properly in the amount of time i have, i tend to ignore it, but im also a person who likes to see my stuff, so i come off like a messy clutterbug. not slovenly or filthy, i cook and serve food on clean dishes and surfaces, but there is usually a pile of dishes waiting to be washed as well. floors are often dusty, pet hair, etc, but we dont eat off of them (and i am not going to be able to afford a roomba any time soon)

normally my accomplishments dont look like much, and are underappreciated, and that is discouraging, and leads to the "why bothers" but i do try. i have to. i live with boys.

gah. i am so hot right now. its low 80s, im waiting for it to rain so i can kick on the house fan. im just roasting. and the baby sidelined all work for me. i couldnt even get a decent nap in. just a wee bit longer.

Oh, the Virgo cusp explains alot of your urge to have things worked out and planned to perfection.

My north node is in Virgo so that's the order and perfection I'm striving toward in my life.

    Interesting stuff to me.

the crawl space is just enough room for me to get through while laying down and I have a slim build. but then there are several pipes lined up in front of the one I have to get to. (no way around them, except maybe if I tear up the outside wall and go from outside the house to it from the other side) there is a door in the wall that I could slip through to get under the house (that's how I know what pipe it is, its right near that door but not close enough to reach it.) that door is on the other side of the bathroom so there is all the tub pipes in front of it. making it impossible to go through that way without busting the tub pipes.
my brother in law who sold me the house is the one who put the pipes in. he did a good job making many of the pipes accessible but not all of them.

drank the last of the bourbon, and a few beer. not many good beers left but there's lots of Coors light. i think i got a lot accomplished today, wrote some good code for my cs50 problem set that i'm proud of, implementing more features than were required in the specification so i don't feel guilty about getting fucked up. worried about my friend though, but don't ask me about that cuz i can't say anything. I gotta respect people's privacy that aren't me.

I have the pinball arcade games for the 360 and I was just now browsing the leaderboards and to my surprise I am in the top 10 on several tables on the worldwide leaderboards. and I am number one in the world on one table. now if I could only market that skill.

Chipmunk was loose in here today, and went by the oven in the kitchen because the pugs chased it there. I tried to net it, but it disappeared into the corner of the wall there underneath. I cannot for the life of me figure out where it went...there were no openings for that creature to go to......only place is underneath the stove. I looked as best as I could and have not seen it.........I wanted to return it outside.
I hope it is safe and healthy. they are cute little furry creatures.

i kinda feel like: when you work on a project, and do more than is required (sometimes I don't, but usually it's because I don't have the time to...deadlines) and love doing it and can't just say "okay, it's done, i'll stop now"; i feel like that probably means that's what you were meant to do :)

you saying that brings me back to 5th grade, we used to have to do one full page stories for writing class. and I would tell some good stories but when it got to the end of the page I would just stop writing. like mid sentence I would just put a period at the end of it and call it a day. so about a month into school the teacher started giving extra credit if you did a page and a half. it gave enough time to figure out how to end the story without feeling like I might as well stop because the deadline was met.

the project involved loading a BMP image that contained a "hidden image". basically i just needed to remove certain colors from the image to get the hidden image to become visible, but I went ahead and wrote some code that would support several different filtering modes. not really too unlike the "layer blending modes" in a program like photoshop that supports different blending modes. Those other modes aren't really required (or used) for the problem set but I thought why not? It might come in handy down the road.
