We were at the ballpark for about 6 hours today. It was hot but it felt good to be out. Hubby is still so weak. He could only walk part of the way back to the car. I had to leave him sitting in his chair, pull the car up to the curb, and go get him to walk him to the car.

He said he feels like his blood pressure is low.

Cooled down after the rain, plenty of time to fire up the grill and burn a piece of meat... Potato and veggies. After dinner I watched the next storm roll through to the south as it was getting dark. Nice up on this ridge...

I had this clever ass post all done out, and even previewed it...then the screen went to some facebook or google shit and poof...gone into the internet ethers.

The writing here used to be just regular, but now its so little and tiny I can barely read it...need to use Mama's magnifying glass. deargod

    :yikes:

Is anybody else's screen showing teeny little writing. I even put this on size 12 and can

    just

    barely

    read

    it

What an anus computer I have...

everything on this forum is teeny tiny...like written for little fairies and teeny things...which I'm not.

I have not the slightest idea how to enlarge anything but to upsize the type, and even that didn't work on my last post. My #12 size type looks like a #8, if not a #6...just like everybody else's.

Everything here on this forum is teeny.

Mail is normal size...even #12 size type looks right.

I do have internet though...and Mama has 2 magnifying glasses. lordhavemercy

The boy will be here in a few hours and maybe he can touch it and fix it, like he disabled the "window updates" and then I could rejoin the world outside of the Twilight Zone.

He had/has no idea why that worked to reconnect me, so I'm hoping he can do the same type of I-don't-know-what-I'm-doing-thing and fix this mess. :dizzy2:

I'm not crying because I'm NOT taking off my biggrownup girl panties! but I do wanna [IMG]

and you didn't answer me....a mouse or the touchpad?

no matter....hold down your key that says ctrl......called the control key....hold it down and at the same time press the + button..it is on the right side of the keyboard usually...each time you click the plus button while holding down your control key the font will increase

if using a mouse you hold down the control key and scroll the wheel on the mouse...up or down...big or small

so i got hubby to help with moving a shelf last night. yay! im planning on the same method of attack for today. clear the path and area for the desk/ hutch move, and clear off the desk and hutch. then when he gets home we can shift it, and i can put things away. dresser moves the next day, plus shelves on top for linens, and then the baby's dresser/ armoire is moving from the boy's room into mine. we will be getting another dresser for him to use, he mostly just wears shorts or jammies now anyway. i am also putting away anything that does not, or probably wont fit, as well as sweaters and hoodies, and im stashing the fabric in the garage too, though i really really need more buckets and tubs.

i made waffles for breakfast. i will bag em for the freezer in a few minutes. need to get the other freezer set up in the garage and stock with easy/ quick meals for after baby.

YES! :D I can see now. :sunny:

but waaaay back earlier when I 1st started complaining about this laptop, I said one of the main things I HATED about it, aside from it being slower than the beloved is this touch pad.

The reviled and despised touch pad, and the air blowing across something or just my fingers hovering above a key to make everything discombobulate. :bomb: :bigcry:

    A mouse, I can handle. ;)

wth just happened, I wonder...when I hit post on the above post, it 1st said something about there being an error and a moderator not letting me post...or something. ???

Then it went quick back off the screen...I came to new content and saw it let me post that.\

Maybe I'm supposed to get off here and get things ready for the boy's 2 hour visit...I'm goingto try and draw it out to 3 hours. lol :D

I got me a busted pipe under me house in which I can not get to. I am pretty sure I won't be able to afford the plumber Bill that it would cost just to get to the damn pipe that is shooting out water.

This new kindle assumes too much. Like why did it capitalize the b in Bill when Bill is a common word.
