i cant have yard sales

i have lots to sell but i dont like to let things go for cheap

im real good at dickering down prices when buying things but im a hardass when it comes to selling

 

pet hair is terrible for that. there is always SO MUCH of it! gums up the intake vents, and the edges and corners of things. plus the refrigerator coils.

and i heard mosquitoes buzzing around my head yesterday. i came back inside. i got a few bites, but nothing too severe. i have all that extra blood, and the required pressure, they probably burst as soon as they bit me.

 

I can't have yard sales because I don't want a bunch of people knowing there is a house back here...





EDIT: I also hate it when guys offer 1/2 the asking price... Just sayin'

I wont haggle unless it is something i really want and i dont have the money. I wont haggle with the stuff i am selling either. It will be the lowest price i am willing to part with it. I really hate to sell anything but i just have a load of stuff i will never use.

How can you not get cable internet in such a populated area. I live in farmland so its understandable.

 

Julie is the kind of dog that sheds year round but not in lumps.. her coats really is pretty, I think shes just if not as pretty as a husky , she has a fluffy mane , puffy tail and she is so soft.. shes always so happy to be with me, just smiling and adoring me like I was the only thing on earth that matters. however the groundhog has given her some new independence,. shes just amazed with those guys,, one these days shes going to get one., but hasnt yet, some reason they wont tread into the yard. now with Blue he must of had a way of talking them into the yard. hey buddy Ill be your friend. death.. lol.

some reason I felt like taking a picture of my car today. it was just looking so nice out in the sun when I went out to eat.

 

I can, and have had verizon,.. but a major road construction made the service glitchy with them digging and replacing all the underground lines. at the time dial up was faster than fios.. so I got ripmeoff-hughesnet ..
2.5 lane highway is getting the first layer of concrete in 2years. its been a nightmare of noise since .. Id say its safe to get the cable back on. business here were having a hard time with crappy internet too.

I remember one time on my way to a steelers game passing a roadsign that looked like a tree. ( each branch was a road and there was a shit load of branches) because of all the road work they were doing.

 

this service is really starting to piss me off.. now Im lucky :I can get on at all without their annoying payment message. that they have been paid now 2fucking days ago... really if a crazy gunman storms their office and kills them all,, I will dance a jig of glee..

 

oh and I cant venture out of this thread cause it will give me the stupid message.

 

i generally offer 75% of asking price


and if selling i generally add 30% to my lowest price so both of us feel like we won when i accept the buyers reasonable offer ...bonus is when i run into to those people who dont try offers and just pay full asking price ..


"reasonable" offers i have no problem with... offering 50% of asking price is not reasonable
