I've been eating too much processed shit food lately... I'm going to cook everything from scratch this weekend

 

i'm heading over to buy veal,beef and pork to make tourtiere this weekend and i am also making special sweet ketchup

i cannot believe this incredible day we had today...its still sunny and i have 17 c on my window therm

ready to tackle toutiere withg home made sweet ketchup...check it out...this is the ingredients for the sweet ketchup...had to hit 3 different stores
1 star anise
3 to 4 allspice berries
3 to 4 cloves
2 bay leaves
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 to 2 small dried chiles, or to taste (optional)
3 tbsp. of olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 large red pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 peaches, cut in cubes
1 pear, cut in cubes
2 apples, cut in cubes
3 canned plum tomatoes, chopped or 3 fresh plum tomatoes, blanched, peeled, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white vinegar
Cheesecloth
Butcher’s twine

sounds like a tastey ketchup...

 

only because the bulk barn was the first store i went to and they had it in the spice section...i have never heard of it before

it was the ground veal that no pone had till the third store

 

i can follow a recipe and know some basic preparation rules....i find cooking to be fairly easy...plus i am now watching 2 cooking shows a day since i only get 2 channels on the tv

i have a 12ounce kitten that farts like a 300 pound trucker...and it seems he only farts when he is on my lap...it horrible

 

My dog gets a "shower" when it rains... if we go out in it which is rarely, so basically he never gets a shower or bath. He doesn't stink...





Now! The cat shit... That Stinks with a capital WTF! ... dude, something died.

poor foxglove the indestructible cat came home tonight from being gone a week....he has been in a fight with something thgat punctured his face and gashed him pretty good...

dont look if you are squeamish...i cleaned him up and applied some anti infection gel

That video with the samurai sword is some craziness.does look that wild from the viedo but in situations like that in real life in person when someone pulls a weapon the gravity or a situation really hits. people that know will understand . makes me cringe often when i hear young kids (yeah i realize im only young still too) talking about how "wild" they are and about how they would "shot people" or do certain things if shit "popped off" words and reality in situations are worlds apart.

anyway feeeeeeling pretty good right now. smoked almost a full bowl after smoking a nice amount today. watching a film a little thejn going to get a relatively ear;y night. First full day at my new job, not a training day, tomorrow. looking forward to it but nervous at the same time....... overall excited to start working in a new environment, new people, new things to learn about at the store, and also new mini community of fellow employees to mix with.
