its incredibly comfortable. it is silicone, so it softens and conforms to the internal shape. run, jump, swim... the only thing you cant do is fuck with one in. a diaphragm type device for contraception, or for menses (theres a product called "Instead" that i found very uncomfortable) goes much higher, up near the cervix. the DivaCup sits lower, in the "grippy fun part" of the vagina.

i think that if more guys understood how a womans body works we would all benefit. so much of the time guys go "eww, icky, i dont wanna know" but willful ignorance is never a good plan. yeah, its a little icky. girls have to deal with it ALL THE DAMN TIME. we have 8-14 years of childhood hormone-free. then whammo. every month, if a girl is regular. 3-7 days. and then eventually pregnancy hormones. and just when shes running out of eggs to drop.... menopause. if a woman is lucky LUCKY they live long enough to see the other side. there are ways to get around it, but what other damage do they cause?

if a man understands how a woman's cycle works he will understand when and why (for pregnancy purposes, STDs are still a threat) its important to use contraceptives. its communication. if your girlfriend usually has certain symptoms, and you notice a new one, you can tell her. its working together. its always "shes such a bitch, she must be on the rag" but we have no choice in the matter. ever hear a cat in heat? same type of hormonal cycle, different stage.

of course due to the willful ignorance of these sorts of things, most men dont know that they can have negative effects from hormone loss as they age as well.
the world is so much easier to deal with when you handle it with truth and knowledge.

a diaphragm is a body part, sits under your lungs. sort of frisbee shaped, thats what spasms when you have the hiccups. a contraceptive diaphragm is also a membrane, designed to cover the cervix (bottom of the uterus) and is usually used with a spermicide.

i changed my car stereo to one that plays discs in mp3...im impressed...you sure can squeeze a ton of mp3 on 1 disc compared to regular music

 

It is great when you travel as you can mix up a disc and have it play. No fumbling around to change it constantly.

 

yeah my old truck has 6 disc in dash changer and still i think this one could hold more than 6 discs on just 1
