printers are the most temperamental of all hardware there is. my guess is that is why ink is so expensive, because they have to sell the printers for little or no profit.

my hp just died a couple of weeks ago, had it for a few years. it was a 3 in 1. the other 2 parts still work but i think i messed it up when i took the ink cartridge out and put it back in...after that i got no movement from the printer part.
that was only my 4th printer since i started computing about 14 years ago.

one time my tower died so i went to best buy looking for a new one. i saw one i liked but it was a bundle pack. i said all i need is the tower so can i just get that? he said yeah. so the cashier rings it up and the tower is more than the price of the bundle. (picture a big mac combo meal being cheaper than the big mac) so then i had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to cancel my purchase and get the bundle which i gave the extra parts to my mom....now that my printer is broke i will ask my mom if she still has that extra printer.

hp is huge in the commercial printing and large format printers.....like half a million dollar room sized printers....many in the 50 thousand dollar range......and they also sell the paper for their own shit....also why it is so cheap for a home printer cause they get you on the return to the store

Hal only needed to be told the truth of the mission, and not hide any details from Hal. Once told the truth , Hal assisted with the escape of the Leonov and its crew..

the alien entity monolith, killed max when he went to investigate. Hal wasnt even back online yet if I can recall correctly. alien entity is responsible for the death of the discovery crew and Hal is just an electronic innocent bystander ..
