Roofer showed up late, but stayed late too... He's actually the "sales rep" not part of the crew. He listened, saw my concerns and agreed that's not right. Some of it they won't know what's going on until they tear into it some. Other stuff is evident what they are going to do, like sealing the edges all around and filling some gaps in the fascia with metal like it should have been. Stuff I figured I'd have to do myself.

No up-selling, or "No my job, man".... Though I may want to do some additional projects for cosmetics, some of that may just cost me materials, so technically not an "Up-sell". I can request materials also if I want to add the overhang over the sliding doors on the back studio. So it's all matching brand.

He brought sealer for the skylight that I didn't get to last year... New product that wasn't on the market then. He just handed me a can of it, no charge.


When? we don't know yet, but that's not a blow-off... This is the height of their busy season.
